Decided to make a late lunch today and thought of zucchini pizza! I usually hate zucchini but it seemed like a good way to avoid bread & satisfy a pizza craving. It turned out to be really good and so simple to make. All you have to do is slice the zucchini, scrape out the seeds, add sauce, cheese, and herbs and put it in the oven. I cooked mine for about 20 minutes at 350. Hope you try it!

This layered smoothie was AMAZING and so fun to make. I start the night before by making the chia pudding, then adding the layered smoothie is so easy in the morning.

If you want to make a healthy change to your eating habits, try to cut out the oil! Oil is packed with fat and calories that we don't need and cutting it out can result in dramatic weight loss. When trying to eat healthy, most people opt for a salad without realizing the dressing is loaded with fat and oil. Keep your salads healthy by adding a dressing that doesn't contain oil. Whole Foods carries a variety of oil-free dressings made in the store. My favorites are the avocado vinaigrette and tangerine vinaigrette.

This salad was delicious and kept me feeling full and energized for hours.
